Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading Business Services group to recruit an experienced Financial Controller.
The business is a market leading Services group supplying a broad client base in the UK. They have enjoyed significant growth over the past 10 years and have ambitious plans for the next 5.
The role of Financial Controller is permanent and offers a salary between £70,000 and £80,000 plus benefits. the role is based in Park Royal, London, NW10 and offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 WFH.
Keys responsibilities include:
- Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage a team of 6 staff
- Control and oversight on finance policies and processes.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, accruals and journals.
- Produce and review financial reports for senior leadership team.
- Supporting with the budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activity.
- Manage VAT, pensions, fixed assets and statutory financial processes.
- Maintain financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Audit and Compliance requirements
- Working closely with the FD on financial planning and risk.
- Reporting to internal & external stakeholders as required.
Candidates applying should hold an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) and have relevant experience in a medium sized business in a similar role.
