They seek an accounts assistant to join the finance team and support the CFO with a broad range of finance transactions.

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This a permanent role based on-site in North London, there is a great opportunity to develop your skills and further your studies in this role. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure monies are received on time
  • Assist with carrying out stock checks
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Successful candidates will have some relevant experience in a similar finance role, knowledge of accounting principles and experience of Excel and accounting software.
