As part of a dynamic and ambitious team, your key focus will be to identify and secure new market and business opportunities, building key customer relationships, developing strong, ongoing partnerships with fleet customers, whilst providing both tailored vehicle and funding solutions to meet their operational needs. In meeting and exceeding your business objectives, you will own and drive the customer journey from initial engagement, relationship build, proposal presentation and sale, through to seamless delivery, hand-over and ongoing account management. With market leading, premium brand products and add-on services, you will work in partnership with the customer, building a bespoke solution, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Of course, you will represent the company and brand with the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.

We are looking for a genuinely special individual - an accomplished, results focused sales professional, with a strong track record of delivering volume, revenue and margin growth in the van fleet sales arena or perhaps in the van contract hire, rental and leasing sector.
