With significant growth opportunities in UK and Irish markets across all brands, an accomplished, executive level Aftersales Director is sought, to lead and develop the Group’s long-term national strategy across all aftersales operations.
Role Summary
Reporting to the Group Managing Director and a key member of the SLT with full P&L accountability, responsibility is for the leadership and commercial performance of the Group’s UK and Ireland aftersales division, driving profitable growth across service, parts, warranty, technical operations and customer experience. You will shape and execute strategy, strengthen dealer network performance, develop OEM distribution agreements, enhance governance, cost efficiency and financial performance, whilst ensuring the delivery of competitive advantage and exceptional customer outcomes across their commercial vehicle portfolio. Of course, you will build strong and effective relationships with home and international OEM colleagues and stakeholders, working collaboratively in building a culture of aftersales excellence and continuous improvement across all brands.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a first-class record of leadership and results achievement in aftersales, service and parts, operating in a large-scale commercial vehicle environment. Candidates from the LCV, HGV, OEM or major dealer group network would be of special interest. Operating at Board level with strategic vision, your experience and expertise will combine the delivery of profitable growth at scale, managing complex OEM distribution and aftersales agreements, whilst overseeing multi-million-pound budgets across multi-brand operations. Commercially and financially astute, highly credible, results focused and with high standards, your style will be collaborative, people focused, adaptable and influential with a real zest and enthusiasm to achieve great things for your team and the wider business.
