DocumentationandCompliance: oMonitorsandtracksprogramdocumentation,includingcustomermandatedrequirementsandinternalspecifications,ex:drawings,testprocedures,andreports. oEnsurescontractactivitiesandproductsmeetscoperequirementsestablishedbytheprogram. oSupportsauditsandinspections,addressingallcomplianceconcernsrelatedtoprogramactivities. TestingandValidation: oCollaborateswithotherdepartmentstoensureprojectdeliverablesmeetperformanceandqualitystandards. oWorkswithqualityassuranceandtestingteamstoidentifyareasofimprovementandimplementnecessarychanges. 5.RiskManagementandContinuousImprovement: oIdentifiesprojectrisksanddevelopsandimplementsmitigationstrategies. oContributestoprocessimprovementsthatincludescommunicatinglessonslearnedtoallteammembersaimedatimprovingfutureprojectefficiencyandeffectiveness. PreferredSkills Proficiencyinprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,MicrosoftProject)isaplus. Experiencewithinthedefenseindustry Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering(Mechanical,Electrical,Aerospace,orrelatedfield) 3-5yearsinprojectengineeringwithinthedefenseoraerospaceindustryisaplus.
