The Role

As Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in the cross-functional leadership of one or more high-impact development programs from early discovery through to clinical execution and regulatory strategy. Working closely with scientific, clinical, and commercial leaders, you will drive timelines, budgets, and decision-making to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage biotech program(s) from concept through development stages to clinical milestones.
  • Align stakeholders across research, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions.
  • Track program progress, risks, and budgets; provide regular reports to executive leadership.
  • Manage external partnerships, CROs, and collaborators as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program execution and governance frameworks.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in biotech/pharma program management or product development.
  • Strong scientific background (PhD or MSc preferred) in life sciences or related field.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams across drug development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile, and innovative environment.
