Purpose of the Role: To architect and execute the future of our High Voltage business. Assume complete ownership of the divisions financial health, orchestrating growth, profitability, and investment to maximise value. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement the business units growth strategy, aligning tactical plans with overarching corporate objectives and market dynamics.

- Significant experience in the governance and delivery of major projects or long-term service agreements.
