Reporting to the IT Director, the Business Change Programme Manager will be responsible for the design, delivery, and embedding of Business and Technology change initiatives that simplify ways of working, drive organisational growth, and improve operational excellence.

Ensure all changes are aligned with Business strategy, planned and delivered effectively in line with the Change Framework, enabling teams to exceed customer expectations while maintaining high levels of colleague engagement and service delivery.

Lead Business and Technology change initiatives as part of the implementation of the change programme.

Create the Business Change Framework, providing a robust, consistent approach in the governance, delivery and reporting of projects and programmes.

Accountability for the delivery of structured Business and Technology change programmes that enable the organisation to adapt effectively to new systems, processes, and structures.

Ensure that programme schedules are developed and maintained, resolve issues and mitigate risks, to ensure effective delivery within budget and to the agreed timescales, quality and benefits realisation requirements.

Empower and support the various Change and Technology programme owners to deliver all projects and programmes to time and budget.

Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, service enhancements, and cultural transformation.

Develop metrics and provide regular reporting on progress, benefits realisation, and risk mitigation.

Represent the business in client and industry forums, positioning the business as a change leader and innovative partner.

Educated to degree level or professional equivalent in business, management, or related discipline.

Proven track record in leading complex, large-scale Business and Technology change programmes.

Experience in service industries, multi-site operations, outsourcing or facilities management is highly desirable.

Demonstrable success in delivering ROI through business change initiatives.

Experience in stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.

Skilled in programme/project management, with experience in budget ownership and benefits tracking.

Excellent understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management in transformation.

Creative and pragmatic problem solver, with experience delivering solutions to complex challenges.

Energetic, flexible, and adaptable, with a willingness to lead from the front.
