We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially relentless General Manager to take full P&L ownership of a fast-growing, multi-channel ecommerce business operating across B2B and B2C markets.

The Role
- As General Manager, you will lead a sizeable, multi-site operation with full accountability for strategy, performance, and culture.
- Own the UK P&L and drive top-line growth while optimising cost efficiency across all functions.
- Champion a data-driven, customer-first culture that bridges B2B service excellence with B2C brand experience.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain, logistics, and fulfilment to support a turnover in excess of £250M.
- Act as the key interface between the UK business and group-level stakeholders, influencing board-level strategy.
- Identify and execute new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- The Ideal Candidate
- A senior leader with deep ecommerce DNA and a track record of scaling businesses. You combine strategic vision with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when it counts.
- 5+ years in a senior management role within a UK-based ecommerce business (B2B, B2C, or hybrid).
- Proven track record of managing a P&L with turnover of £50M+, within consumer products, retail, or wholesale.
- Commercially astute, with strong working knowledge of marketing, finance, and people operations.
- Demonstrable experience leading multi-site operations and navigating complexity at pace.
- A natural influencer—credible with warehouse teams and board members alike; able to communicate with impact at every level.
- Resilient, action-oriented, and comfortable making high-stakes decisions under pressure.
