Drive Demand. Build Pipeline. Deliver Commercial Growth.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to join an ambitious and growing business on an initial 6-month contract, with potential for the engagement to develop into a longer-term opportunity.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded demand generation specialist who knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue.

You’ll take ownership of the demand generation engine, bringing structure, pace and accountability across the full funnel, from creating demand and capturing in-market prospects through to qualified pipeline and sales handover.

The Opportunity

  • You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a scalable demand generation strategy, working closely with Sales, Marketing and senior stakeholders to improve pipeline performance and commercial outcomes.
  • Owning marketing-sourced pipeline and demand generation targets
  • Lead on product launch and business alignment
  • Developing and scaling a full-funnel demand generation strategy
  • Building integrated campaigns across digital, content, email, events, webinars, paid media and ABM
  • Developing effective demand creation and demand capture programmes
  • Strengthening alignment between Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline
  • Using data and insight to understand what is driving qualified pipeline — and what isn’t
  • Developing reporting, attribution and performance measurement
  • Managing channel mix, targeting and campaign performance
  • Understanding target audiences and identifying the most effective levers to engage them
  • Bringing structure, process and repeatability to demand generation
  • Leading, mentoring and developing marketing teams, specialists and agency partners where required
  • Working confidently with senior leadership to set priorities, agree targets and demonstrate commercial impact
  • What We’re Looking For
  • We’re keen to speak with senior B2B demand generation leaders who have a proven track record of building pipeline and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Significant experience leading B2B demand generation
  • A strong track record of owning and growing marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Full-funnel campaign experience, from first touch through to sales handover
  • Strong understanding of ABM, paid media, paid search, email, content, webinars and events
  • Experience working closely with Sales and outbound/SDR teams
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with experience using marketing technology and attribution platforms
  • Experience with Hub Spot; exposure to tools such as Dream Data and GA4 would be advantageous
  • The ability to translate performance data into clear commercial decisions
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies and channel specialists
  • Proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • The confidence to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
  • A commercially focused, proactive and forward-thinking approach
