What's Your Story?
You're a passionate, creative, and hands-on culinary leader who brings energy and elegance to the kitchen. Here's what sets you up for success in this Executive Head Chef role:
- 8+ years' experience as a chef, with at least three years in a leadership role li>
- Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices li>
- Ability to manage a high-performing team and multiple service styles li>
- Confidence in creating menus that reflect both global trends and local flavours li>
- A love for crafting stories through food li>
