THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of Police Station and Magistrates' Court matters.
- Participating in duty rotas for both Magistrates' Court and Police Stations.
- Supporting colleagues within the department and liaising with both existing and new clients.
- Undertaking a variety of criminal litigation work on behalf of private and commercial clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience in a fast‐paced criminal law environment.
- Practical knowledge of the criminal law transaction process from inception to completion.
- Higher rights to attend Crown Court hearings are desirable but not essential.
- It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
