This is a hands-on role where you will manage a full caseload, proactively generate business, and cultivate lasting relationships with clients.
You will manage a full caseload covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
The appointed solicitor will work independently, oversee junior staff, build and maintain client and introducer relationships, and drive business growth.
Applications are open to candidates with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Experience managing a busy caseload, mentoring junior staff, and cultivating strong client relationships while driving business development initiatives is required.
