Responsibilities
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
- Lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters.
- Development projects, refinancing, option agreements and overage arrangements.
- Conditional contracts, asset and share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other commercial contracts.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in both commercial property and corporate commercial work.
