Role
- Advise clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and discrimination
- Draft and review contracts of employment, service agreements, policies, COT3s, and settlement agreements
- Provide employment law support on corporate transactions
- Act as a trusted advisor to a wide-ranging client base, from SMEs to large public bodies
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunals
- Play an active role in client relationship management, business development and networking activities
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years experience
- Passionate about delivering clear, commercial legal advice
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing their own caseload
- A strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
