A new role has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a busy team in Bedford.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Applications are sought from Childcare Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE.
  • You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
  • You will be responsible for a varied childcare caseload to include Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Adoption Matters.
  • You will have strong advocacy skills.
  • Children Panel Accreditation (essential).
  • Significant experience across public and private children matters.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
