Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Applications are sought from Childcare Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE.
- You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
- You will be responsible for a varied childcare caseload to include Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Adoption Matters.
- You will have strong advocacy skills.
