A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a specialist employment law practice in London. The firm advises both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law matters, covering a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, settlement agreements, redundancy and restructuring advice, restrictive covenants and Employment Tribunal litigation.
- Provide high levels of autonomy and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice.
Candidate Profile:
The role requires at least five years’ PQE and solid experience across a broad range of employment law matters. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and possess excellent communication skills, strong technical ability, and a commercial, pragmatic approach to advising clients. Previous experience advising both employers and employees would be advantageous, although candidates with a predominantly respondent or claimant background will also be considered.
