A well-regarded firm is looking for a commercially minded solicitor with substantial experience in both commercial property and corporate commercial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
  • Lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters.
  • Development projects, refinancing, option agreements and overage arrangements.
  • Conditional contracts, asset and share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other commercial contracts.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in both commercial property and corporate commercial work.
  • Strong technical expertise and proven experience managing complex transactions efficiently, with commercial awareness, client focus, and a commitment to delivering practical solutions that achieve business objectives.
