This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor to develop exposure to a broad range of corporate work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Varied corporate caseload, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and advisory work, and general corporate and commercial contracts.
- Support more senior lawyers on complex transactions.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to delivery of a high-quality client service.
- Work closely with team colleagues, gaining hands-on experience and developing technical and commercial skills.
Qualifications
- Applications sought from corporate solicitors with up to 3 years PQE.
- Strong team player with excellent client management and communication skills.
- Technically strong, with excellent drafting ability and sound commercial awareness.
- Proactive, organised and detail-focused, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
