A new opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to join a friendly and supportive team in Birmingham.
Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with up to 3 years PQE, ideally with Claimant-side experience. You will be responsible for your own clinical negligence caseload, including litigated matters, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Assist more senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims spanning a wide range of medical disciplines. Provide accurate, empathetic, and clear legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
