This is an excellent opportunity for Clinical Negligence solicitors wishing to develop their career within a friendly, supportive environment at one of the UK's most respected specialist claimant practices. You will join one of the largest and most successful Clinical Negligence teams in the country, acting for individuals who have suffered life‑changing injuries as a result of medical negligence.

Working alongside recognised specialists, you will manage your own caseload of claimant matters, with a level of autonomy and complexity tailored to your experience. Cases range from moderate injury claims through to catastrophic injury, brain injury, birth injury and fatal claims.

Qualifications:

  • Solicitors (NQ to Partner) or legal executives with experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
  • Strong technical and case‑management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
