We're looking for an experienced, motivated Residential Conveyancer to join an expanding property department.

Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.
- Work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in residential property law.
- Confidence in managing cases independently.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
