A well-established firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to provide vital support during a busy transitional period. This is a full-time, office-based assignment expected to last approximately 6 weeks, with flexible working hours available.
The firm is in the process of switching from AlphaLAW to Insight, and they're looking for someone hands-on and proactive to assist with the system migration and help tackle a backlog of accounts work.
The Role:
- Assist with a smooth transition from AlphaLAW to Insight
- Support the accounts team with backlog processing and daily cashiering duties
- Work closely with an existing cashier and accounts staff
- Fast-paced environment requiring solid experience and a high level of accuracy
- Office-based, full-time role with potential for flexible working hours
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Legal Cashier with a solid background in busy legal finance teams
- Essential: Previous experience with AlphaLAW
- Highly desirable: Experience with Insight software
