This is an exciting opportunity to work with experienced specialists advising on a full spectrum of corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions, reorganisations, venture capital investments, and complex tax structuring.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters including business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations, tax structuring and clearances, stamp duty implications and VAT and international tax issues.
- Work closely with clients and their professional advisers to deliver commercial and pragmatic solutions.
- Communicate with clients, taking instructions via email and telephone.
- Conduct document reviews and report findings.
- Support the day-to‐day management of matters and transactions.
- Contribute to business development activities, including marketing initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Corporate Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE looking for a new opportunity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
