A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an impressive team.
THE ROLE
- You'll manage a varied caseload and play a key role in complex, high-value business disputes for a wide-ranging client base from high net worth individuals and SMEs to large corporates and PLCs.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenant and IP disputes, defamation and reputation management claims and warranty and indemnity claims.
- You'll be involved in every stage of the dispute resolution process — from early strategic advice and pre-action protocol compliance, through litigation in the County Court, High Court and, where required, Court of Appeal or arbitration proceedings.
- You will work both independently and alongside Partners on more complex matters, representing clients in negotiations and mediations, and contributing to the team's success through mentorship and collaboration.

- A strong track record managing commercial litigation files
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Confidence navigating high-stakes legal issues with clarity and precision
- Ability to build rapport with clients, counsel, and external experts
