A reputable West Midlands law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial/Corporate Solicitor to take on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. This is a standalone role suited to someone confident, commercially minded, and able to manage a high quality caseload independently while supported by dedicated administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Preparing shareholders' agreements
- Managing business sale transactions (asset and share sales)
- Advising clients across a wide range of commercial matters
- Providing clear, pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development as required
