A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a growing team in Swindon.

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in private client work to develop their career within a supportive and friendly environment. You will play a key role in advising and supporting clients through some of the most important personal and family matters they will face. You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration and Estate Planning. You will manage a busy and varied caseload efficiently. You will build and maintain strong client relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a busy caseload.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service.
