Overview: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, 3+ PQE, Stoke on Trent, £40,000 to £55,000. The firm are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, computer literate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Residential Property department. You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload as a fee earner in a busy Conveyancing team
- Handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
- Work in accordance with the firm’s risk management procedures
- Provide accurate, reliable work and maintain client confidence
Qualifications:
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Executive
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to manage own caseload, work under pressure, and stay composed
- 3+ PQE preferred
