Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take the lead on a wide range of matters and play a key role in developing and expanding our conveyancing offering.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a comprehensive, proactive, and high-quality conveyancing service to a broad range of clients.
  • Contribute strategically to the growth of the team while managing your own caseload.
  • Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new builds, adverse possession, leasehold properties, shared ownership, and listed buildings.
  • Draft contracts and transfer deeds, respond to enquiries, and manage matters through to exchange and completion.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and internal departments including Matrimonial and Private Client teams.
  • Help drive business development and build relationships both internally and in the Cardiff market.
Skills / Requirements
  • 5+ years PQE and a strong track record in residential property.
  • Experience across a broad range of conveyancing matters, including complex and high-value transactions.
  • Strong presence and confidence working in the Stoke property market.
  • Excellent drafting skills and technical legal knowledge.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to nurture client relationships.
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
