This well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (solicitor, ILEX, LC) to join a busy and growing property team based in offices in the buoyant property market surrounding Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a high-volume caseload of residential transactions, working within a supportive and professional environment.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role requires confident communication with clients and third parties, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who are:
- A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally 2–3 years’ PQE
- Experienced in handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
