My client is looking for an experienced Site Set Up Solicitor to join their highly regarded real estate team. If you have a proven background in site setup, working on both freehold and leasehold schemes, and a solid understanding of the technicalities of new build developments, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
THE ROLE:
- Managing and advising on site set up for both freehold and leasehold schemes.
- Negotiating infrastructure agreements and other related documentation.
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, including time management and administration.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
- Collaborating closely with other teams such as Planning, Construction, and Tax.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- You will have experience working with housebuilders on major developments and be able to work independently.
- Proven technical site set up experience with both freehold and leasehold schemes.
- Experience negotiating infrastructure agreements and working across consortium and mixed-use sites.
- Strong experience in land acquisition and plot sales.
- Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Great communication skills and a proactive, personable approach with clients.
- High level of IT skills and professionalism in all dealings.
