The appointed lawyer will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters as well as some commercial property transactions. This includes overseeing residential property deals from instruction through to completion, handling various commercial property matters, and acting for property investors and developers across the country.
The candidate must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property. You should also have strong client care, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
The role offers a competitive salary along with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from one of the firm’s other offices. You will also be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
