The predicted salary is between 85000 - 85000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will advise across a mix of regulatory and criminal work, including health and safety, environmental matters, consumer and product law, transport regulation and corporate or financial crime. The role will involve delivering commercially focused advice, supporting clients through investigations and enforcement action and representing clients in PACE interviews, inquests and proceedings in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts.

You will work closely with a highly regarded Partner and a collaborative team, while also taking on responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and supporting the supervision of junior Lawyers. This position offers genuine scope to develop specialist interests and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE and demonstrable experience in at least two relevant areas, such as health and safety, environmental law, consumer or product regulation, transport law or corporate and financial crime. You will be confident in managing your own caseload with a degree of autonomy and will have experience advising clients in a commercial and pragmatic manner. Experience of handling contentious regulatory matters including investigations and court proceedings is essential. You will also demonstrate an interest in business development and contributing to the strategic direction of a growing team.
