- You will lead a team of in‑house presenting officers, coordinate assignments for external advocates, and ensure high‑quality representation during statutory committee hearings.
- While primarily managerial, the role also involves direct advocacy in complex cases, with opportunities to appear before the High Court.
- A qualified barrister or solicitor with at least five years’ PQE is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional regulation or a regulatory environment, along with a proven track record in tribunal advocacy and interpreting complex legislation, case law, and guidance.
