• The successful candidate will have at least 12 months pqe gained at another leading regional or national law firm, with a proven track record in handling contentious insolvency matters.
• You can expect to be advising a variety of clients on antecedent transactions and breaches of contract, as well as working with more experienced colleagues on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency cases.
• In addition to your legal knowledge, you will be able to demonstrate strong drafting and advocacy skills, commercial acumen and be a great team player
