Responsibilities- Manage a high-quality caseload with team support
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing residential property team
- Drive business development, growing the practice and nurturing strong client and professional relationships
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent client service across sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, and bespoke residential transactions
- Integrate into the local business community — attend events, network and raise the firm’s profile
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a wide variety of residential and agricultural property work, including development and complex transactions
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
