THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Residential Property Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? A well-established law firm in Leicestershire is seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Property Lawyer to join their team and deal with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The appointed Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will have strong technical expertise in advising on sales, purchases, transfer of equity and registered and unregistered land. Secretarial support is available.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of experience of handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will be well versed in advising on sales, purchases, transfer of equity as well as registered and unregistered land. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach to providing advice and resolving issues.
