Residential Property Lawyer, 4+ Years PQE, Northampton, £Circa £40,000 – £60,000. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITORLEGAL EXECUTIVE/CONVEYANCER:

A national law firm is keen to grow their residential property team through the appointment of an additional Residential Property Fee Earner. This firm prides themselves on delivering exceptional legal services with a personal touch. With a strong reputation in the property sector and a commitment to staff development, they offer an engaging and supportive environment where your skills can truly shine. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion and work closely with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, delivering high-quality service with efficiency and professionalism. Handle all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and manage remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. It is essential that you are confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, have excellent communication and client care skills, strong attention to detail and organisational ability and a team player with a proactive and professional approach.
