We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and well-established conveyancing team on a maternity cover basis starting June 2026. The firm has a dedicated conveyancing department which specialises in all aspects of residential property sales and purchases. They pride themselves in delivering clear, practical and easy-to-understand advice to clients across a wide range of residential property matters — large and small — through approachable, experienced and appropriately qualified staff based at their North Wales offices.
The Role
- You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload and support clients through transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases and related transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients at every stage of the process
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Managing files efficiently in line with regulatory and firm requirements
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
About You
- Experienced in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage files independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner considered
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused
- Friendly and team-oriented approach
