You’ll be joining a well-established and supportive New Homes team, playing a key role in site setup, managing transactions from instruction through to completion, and supporting colleagues across the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the setup of new build sites and progressing related sales
- Running your own caseload of new homes transactions from start to finish
- Preparing clear legal reports to support team members
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the New Homes team, including training, development and wellbeing
- Working closely with Partners to ensure regulatory compliance, client care standards, and CQS requirements are met
- Monitoring workloads to ensure efficiency and balance across the team
- Providing practical guidance and solutions on conveyancing matters
- Assessing and managing risk on your own and escalated files
- Handling all aspects of new homes conveyancing, including Help to Buy, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership matters
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience within the new homes sector
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
