If you’re a Residential Conveyancer with strong new homes experience and you’re looking for a role where you can take real ownership, influence how a team operates, and work on high-quality developments, this could be a great next step. You’ll be joining a well-established and supportive New Homes team, playing a key role in site setup, managing transactions from instruction through to completion, and supporting colleagues across the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the setup of new build sites and progressing related sales
  • Running your own caseload of new homes transactions from start to finish
  • Preparing clear legal reports to support team members
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the New Homes team, including training, development and wellbeing
  • Working closely with Partners to ensure regulatory compliance, client care standards, and CQS requirements are met
  • Monitoring workloads to ensure efficiency and balance across the team
  • Providing practical guidance and solutions on conveyancing matters
  • Assessing and managing risk on your own and escalated files
  • Handling all aspects of new homes conveyancing, including Help to Buy, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership matters

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing
  • Proven experience within the new homes sector
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
