Residential Conveyancer, 1+ years’ experience West Midlands. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Residential Conveyancer to join an expanding property department.

Responsibilities Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.
Work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property law.
Confidence in managing cases independently.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
