A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team. You will be responsible for managing residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring that every case is handled efficiently, accurately and with excellent client care. Your work will include:

  • Reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Carrying out comprehensive property searches
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders
  • Providing clear legal guidance throughout the process

You will play a key role in making sure each transaction complies with current property law and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on role where you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, develop strong client relationships and take pride in delivering a seamless conveyancing experience.

The ideal candidate will be a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a qualified Solicitor with proven experience managing a full residential property caseload. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining excellent client service. Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and practical experience handling all aspects of residential sales and purchases is essential. You should be confident using case management systems and standard office software. Experience with more complex transactions including leasehold properties is desirable. Above all, you will be a proactive and approachable professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is committed to delivering high standards of legal service.
