Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include managing and progressing complaints from initial reception to panel stage by assessing, investigating, and triaging cases. Identifying and escalating legal or sensitive risks and maintaining regular communication with all parties involved.
  • This is a hybrid role with flexible in office attendance, required only for team meetings, events, and one on one sessions.
  • The organisation is seeking a Legal Assistant or Paralegal with previous experience working in professional regulation, in particular handling complaints.
