β’ Suitable candidates should have at least 4 yearsβ PQE in real estate work gained in another regional or national law firm.
β’ You will be working on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, investments, landlord & tenant, development work and property management.
β’ You can expect to be advising developers, investors, and corporate occupiers across a range of industry sectors.
β’ Working alongside local solicitors and within the wider national team, you will manage your own files as well as working in larger deal teams on larger projects.
