An ambitious and well-established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to strengthen its award-winning Property team, one of the most respected outside of London. Ideally suited to candidates with around 3–6 years’ PQE, this role offers exposure to high-calibre, varied commercial property work in a supportive, growth-focused environment. You’ll be joining a firm known for its excellent client service, first-rate legal work, and impressive roster of clients, ranging from developers and investors to major financial institutions and rural landowners.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Commercial lease work across office, industrial, and retail sectors
  • Residential development projects (large-scale, often high-value)
  • Acquisition and disposal of investment property
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Agricultural and estates work involving rural and landed property
  • Landlord and tenant matters for a range of commercial clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Ideally 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate (flexibility on level)
  • A pragmatic, commercially-minded legal approach
