An ambitious and well-established law firm in the South East is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to strengthen its award-winning Property team, one of the most respected outside of London. Ideally suited to candidates with around 3–6 years’ PQE, this role offers exposure to high-calibre, varied commercial property work in a supportive, growth-focused environment. You’ll be joining a firm known for its excellent client service, first-rate legal work, and impressive roster of clients, ranging from developers and investors to major financial institutions and rural landowners.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Commercial lease work across office, industrial, and retail sectors
- Residential development projects (large-scale, often high-value)
- Acquisition and disposal of investment property
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Agricultural and estates work involving rural and landed property
- Landlord and tenant matters for a range of commercial clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ideally 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate (flexibility on level)
- A pragmatic, commercially-minded legal approach
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
