\\nResponsibilities\\n
- \\n
- The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to work on Public Law matters, with a particular focus on Procurement Disputes and Judicial Reviews. The role will involve managing files, supervising and delegating work to junior lawyers, and handling High Court litigation as well as mediation.
- Conduct advocacy where appropriate, deliver strategic, practical, and commercial advice, and support the team on larger and more complex matters. Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, oversee budgets and fees, and contribute to business development through marketing, networking, and other client-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellent client service skills, high attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication, with a flexible approach to meet urgent client and court deadlines while maintaining clear and consistent client communication.

- Experience gained at a strong regional or City firm, or a specialist/niche practice, with expertise in High Court Litigation and, preferably, procurement Disputes and/or Judicial Review.
