OVERVIEW:
- This role calls for a driven individual to join an established Insurance Disputes team in the Norfolk area and deal with a varied caseload of matters.
- Handling a caseload of professional indemnity matters you will be acting for a diverse range of professionals including insurance brokers, lawyers, construction professionals and surveyors.
- The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with professional indemnity matters and a strong working knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedure knowledge.
- You will be a proactive team player, offering lateral thinking and excellent research skills.
- Confident in your ability to provide outstanding client care, you will show evidence of leadership skills and be comfortable supervising and working with team members.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 4 years PQE in dealing with professional indemnity matters.
