Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor. This role offers agile and flexible working including remote working where possible, well being support plus more. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled solicitor to handle a high-quality caseload, contribute to department growth, and play an active role in client relationship management. Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor: Manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters Deliver clear and compassionate legal advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals Draft complex legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standards Provide support and supervision to junior team members, where appropriate Assist with business development initiatives and contribute to the department’s continued success Private Client Solicitor requirements: 4 years’ PQE in Private Client law Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently STEP qualification or working toward it is advantageous but not essential Excellent communication and client care skills, with a sensitive and professional approach A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to contribute to the department’s growth Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable If you\’re a Private Client Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career, apply today.
