Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, South Wales, Β£50,000+ (DOE) β This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, well-managed practice on a wide variety of high-quality, non-contentious private client matters. JOB REF:1780.
THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for a broad mix of private client work, including: Wills and trust creation and administration, High net worth succession planning and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
- You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and client-care skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained within a leading regional or national practice
- Proven experience across the full spectrum of non-contentious private client matters
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial approach
