Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and IHT planning.
- Handling files from initial instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Providing high quality client care and acting as a trusted adviser to individuals and families.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, referrers, executors, and associated professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with experience in Private Client work.
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload confidently and independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of core private client areas.
